E-commerce Operations & Project Manager

About the role

The E-commerce Operations & Project Manager will coordinate cross‑functional projects, supervise departmental Team Leads, and monitor business performance to ensure consistent execution of operational plans for a portfolio of Shopify stores.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, defining timelines, milestones and deliverables while tracking progress and resolving issues.
• Directly supervise six departmental Team Leads (Marketing, Customer Support, Logistics, Warehouse, Product Research, Finance), monitor daily performance, conduct reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor operational KPIs across departments, maintain performance dashboards, and recommend improvements to close gaps.
• Track store‑wise and company‑wide performance against monthly projections, identify under‑performing stores and drive action plans.
• Coordinate daily operations across multiple Shopify stores, ensure SOP compliance, and support process automation.
• Prepare structured daily, weekly and monthly performance updates for senior management.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in e‑commerce operations or project management.
• Proven experience supervising multiple teams or functional leads.
• Practical knowledge of Shopify‑based businesses and key e‑commerce metrics (ROAS, CPR, revenue, confirmation rates, etc.).
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or related field preferred.
