Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will lead business process mapping, module configuration, enterprise‑level deployment, and operational optimization. You will ensure robust Odoo solutions that support enterprise‑level business growth and operational efficiency through successful full‑lifecycle implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed requirement‑gathering workshops, create Business Blueprints and gap analysis reports.
• Map, configure and fine‑tune core Odoo modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production/MRP and CRM.
• Own end‑to‑end Odoo implementation cycles, system upgrades, cut‑over planning and post‑go‑live hyper‑care.
• Cleanse, structure and execute master data migrations and transactional data uploads.
• Design comprehensive User Acceptance Testing scenarios and deliver training for key users and administrators.
• Provide functional guidance, detailed system documentation and ensure enterprise best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• ACCA, B.Com or a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Minimum 6–8 years of hands‑on functional Odoo experience with at least 6 full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Deep operational knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger, inventory valuation, MRP and business process mapping to Odoo.
• Official Odoo Functional certification; basic technical familiarity with the Odoo ecosystem preferred.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
