Security Integration Manager

About the role

MCB is seeking a Security Integration Manager to lead the design and implementation of security architectures for enterprise‑level applications, APIs, and databases. The role combines hands‑on technical work with leadership of a small security team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy comprehensive security architectures covering applications, APIs and database systems.
• Conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments and risk analyses specific to banking and financial environments.
• Manage and mentor a team of four security professionals, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, development and operations teams to embed security controls into infrastructure and workflows.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of API gateways and web application firewalls for continuous threat protection.
• Provide technical guidance on secure coding principles to development teams.
• Communicate security concepts and risks to non‑technical stakeholders and promote a security‑aware culture.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT or Computer Science.
• Proven experience in advanced network security and IT infrastructure design.
• Leadership experience managing a security team in a banking or financial context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑department collaboration.
