E-commerce Seller Executive (On‑Site)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑commerce Seller Executive to join House of Xperts’ on‑site team. You will manage product listings, drive revenue, coordinate inventory, and ensure high customer satisfaction across major online marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop and Shopify.
• Monitor marketplace performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets of $10,000 or more.
• Create promotional campaigns and collaborate with marketing to develop compelling content.
• Handle customer inquiries related to listings and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling on at least one of the listed e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations and marketplace management.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, responsible and eager to grow within a fast‑moving team.
