Early Years / Primary Teacher – Clifton & FB Area

About the role

Yellow Brick School is looking for enthusiastic, child‑centered teachers to join its Clifton and FB Area campuses in Karachi. You will deliver play‑based, age‑appropriate lessons for early years or primary classes while fostering socio‑emotional growth in a safe, stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily lessons using play‑based and activity‑led approaches.
• Create and maintain an inclusive classroom with structured routines, learning centres, and appropriate resources.
• Assess student progress through observations, anecdotal records, and formative assessments, adapting instruction to individual needs.
• Manage classroom behaviour with positive reinforcement and consistent expectations.
• Communicate regularly with parents about progress, behaviour, and milestones; attend parent‑teacher meetings and school events.
• Collaborate with campus team members to develop curriculum materials, share best practices, and participate in professional development.
• Maintain accurate records and digital documentation as required by the school.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years teaching preschool or primary‑aged children.
• Experience with play‑based or activity‑centred teaching methods.
• Strong classroom‑management skills using positive behaviour support.
• Patience, empathy, creativity and a child‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training; teaching certification or related training preferred.

Required skills

• Basic ICT skills for preparing resources and maintaining digital records.
