Ecommerce Content Coordinator

About the role

The Ecommerce Content Coordinator will join the Marketing Team to ensure accurate product listings and engaging content across Dawlance’s official website and marketplace channels. The role focuses on quality control, live commerce operations, and performance analysis to drive traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and verify product listings and content on the official website and marketplaces, fixing errors promptly.
• Manage product reviews and monitor technical issues to ensure a smooth customer delivery experience.
• Plan and execute daily ecommerce content via the Content Management System and oversee live commerce operations on social media and marketplace platforms.
• Create short‑form video content for platforms such as TikTok to boost product awareness and engagement.
• Analyse daily traffic, track landing goals, and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce content management, digital marketing, product listing optimization, website management, or live commerce.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with web analytics tools.
• Understanding of SEO/SEM and customer experience principles.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems.
• Experience creating short‑form video content for platforms like TikTok.
