About the role

The Ecommerce/Ebook Front Sales Specialist will manage and optimise online storefronts and ebook listings for our clients. This full‑time, on‑site position in Karachi focuses on delivering accurate product information, compelling descriptions and effective merchandising to boost conversions. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to support promotions and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and guide buyers through the purchase process.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to support promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate product listings, descriptions and merchandising on online platforms.
• Implement strategies that enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong e‑commerce and sales skills with a focus on meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret performance data and recommend improvements.
• Experience with online marketplaces, ebook platforms and basic digital marketing practices.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets or dashboards for tracking sales and customer metrics.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prior experience in ecommerce, retail sales or digital products is preferred.
• Relevant education in business, marketing or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
