E‑commerce Operations & Customer Support Intern (Lingerie Brand)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented E‑commerce Operations and Customer Support Intern to join our lingerie and intimate apparel brand. The intern will assist in managing daily online store activities and ensure a smooth, respectful shopping experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email and other channels.
• Provide product information, sizing guidance, availability and order‑related assistance.
• Process orders from confirmation through dispatch and delivery, coordinating with warehouse and logistics partners.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and manage returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions and support requests.
• Monitor inventory levels and update product availability, pricing and stock on e‑commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and order execution.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in customer support, e‑commerce operations or retail (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, respectful and confidential handling of customer interactions.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, email and online store platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a team.
