E‑commerce Store Handler (Daraz/Shopify)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive E‑commerce Store Handler to manage our Daraz and Shopify storefronts. The role combines product listing, inventory control, customer service and order fulfilment to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain product listings, pricing, inventory and content on Daraz and Shopify.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing professional support.
• Supervise the packaging process, guaranteeing that orders are packed securely according to courier standards.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to guarantee timely order processing and shipment.
• Monitor order performance, ratings and feedback, and implement improvements.
• Handle return and refund cases while keeping accurate records.
• Boost product visibility through keyword optimisation, promotions and campaign participation.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and resolve any listing or order issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing an online store, preferably on Daraz.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• Basic understanding of e‑commerce operations and product listing processes.
• Ability to supervise packaging staff and enforce quality control.
• Organised, responsible and capable of working independently.
