Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Sialkot)

About the role

Vivo Pakistan is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the continuous operation and reliability of its electrical systems and equipment. The role focuses on preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance while providing technical support to customers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using systematic approaches.
• Record maintenance activities and track work progress in the maintenance management system.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Receive, repair and update customers on mobile phones sent for service.
• Study technical manuals and guidance documents to enhance repair expertise.
• Assist service consultants when required to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain detailed logs of faults, actions taken and outcomes.
• Recommend improvements based on equipment performance data.

Required profile

• Background in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and vendors.
