Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to own our email channel and top‑of‑funnel demand generation. You will design, launch and optimise email campaigns that nurture prospects, working closely with sales, content and design teams to drive pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and execute email campaigns including newsletters, nurture sequences, product updates and promotions.
• Develop and manage lead‑generation initiatives across email, landing pages and forms.
• Create and optimise marketing‑automation workflows using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot.
• Segment and maintain email lists to improve targeting, deliverability and list hygiene.
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs and send times to boost open and click‑through rates.
• Collaborate with sales to define lead‑scoring criteria and ensure smooth MQL‑to‑SQL handoff.
• Track, analyse and report on key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, pipeline contribution) and ensure compliance with CAN‑SPAM and GDPR.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands‑on experience with a marketing‑automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation and list hygiene.
• Proven ability to run A/B tests and use data to optimise campaign performance.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing skills.
