About the role

Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited, one of Pakistan's leading private sector life insurance companies, runs a 12-month Emerging Leaders Tech Graduate Program. It is designed to turn high-potential technology graduates into future technology leaders, with up to 20 rotations across technology functions, systems, projects and digital initiatives. Participants gain hands-on experience, cross-functional learning and a solid foundation for a long-term technology career.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering
• Minimum CGPA of 3.3 or equivalent
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant professional experience
• Strong interest in technology, digital innovation and emerging technologies
• Analytical thinking, adaptability, communication, teamwork and a growth mindset
• Willingness to take part in the full 12-month program, including all rotations

Hiring process
