Employee Services Manager – Kabirwala Factory

About the role

The Employee Services Manager ensures a safe, efficient, and engaging workplace at the Kabirwala Factory. Reporting to senior leadership, the role oversees facilities, property, fleet, and employee‑centric services, guaranteeing that employees, visitors, and business partners experience well‑managed environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver seamless workplace and employee services across the Kabirwala Factory, covering facilities, property, fleet, and ancillary services.
• Manage office facilities, expatriate residences, lease agreements, utilities, maintenance activities, and service providers while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external vendors to drive operational excellence and high‑quality service delivery.
• Lead workplace improvement projects, budget management, event support, housekeeping, safety initiatives, and service‑standardisation programmes.
• Identify efficiencies, enhance service delivery, and foster strong stakeholder relationships to create an environment where people and business can thrive.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline, supported by solid experience in facilities management, administration, customer service or project management.
• Strong expertise in facilities operations, property management, fleet administration and vendor management.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships, manage diverse stakeholders and influence across functions.
• Excellent project‑management, problem‑solving, decision‑making and budget‑management capabilities.
• Leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing teams and driving accountability.
• Strong awareness of safety, compliance and corporate‑governance requirements.
