Employment Consultant – Blue‑Collar Overseas Placement

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Employment Consultant to join our Lahore office. The role focuses on sourcing, counseling, and placing blue‑collar workers from across Pakistan in legal, well‑paid positions in the Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build a pipeline of construction workers, drivers, technicians, and laborers using networks, sub‑agents, field visits, social media and internal databases.
• Conduct detailed counseling sessions to explain job offers, salary structures, accommodation benefits and long‑term advantages of Gulf employment.
• Screen candidates for physical fitness, technical skills and documentation compliance with foreign employer requirements.
• Guide selected candidates through the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE) and Protector of Emigrants processes.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout documentation, medical clearance and visa processing to reduce drop‑outs.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, pipeline status and daily contact logs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in overseas recruitment, HR sourcing or sales within the blue‑collar labor market.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to explain complex legal and procedural information in simple terms.
• Familiarity with Gulf employment trends and Pakistani expatriate legal requirements is a plus.
