English-Speaking Customer Service Agent

About the role

Octo Logistics is seeking an English‑speaking Customer Service Agent to provide support to UK customers. The role is fully remote and involves handling enquiries across phone, chat and email while ensuring a professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, messages and emails from UK customers.
• Assist with booking shipments, tracking deliveries and updating order information.
• Investigate and resolve issues following company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Stay connected to Google Meet throughout the shift, with camera, microphone and screen shared.

Required profile

• Fluent English (10/10) in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
• Proven experience dealing directly with UK customers or clients.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and taking ownership of enquiries.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Meet and standard office computer tools.
