About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote Google My Business (GMB) and landing‑page selling campaigns. The agent will present campaign offerings, answer inquiries, and ensure leads are accurately recorded and followed up.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls following scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Update call logs and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with sales and billing teams to ensure proper lead handling.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written English with strong phone etiquette.
- Minimum 1 year experience in call centre, telesales or customer support, preferably in healthcare or digital marketing.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven, cross‑functional environment.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with computer‑based dialing tools.
- Experience using CRM software for data entry and lead management.
