Enrollment and Credentialing Lead

About the role

MEDREVN LLC, a healthcare solutions and medical billing services provider, is hiring an Enrollment and Credentialing Lead for a full-time, on-site position in Lahore. The role oversees provider enrollment and credentialing with insurers and healthcare networks, manages applications and tracks credentialing timelines so that payer enrollment requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage provider applications and track credentialing timelines
• Coordinate with providers, insurance representatives and internal billing teams to resolve enrollment issues and keep records up to date
• Review documentation and verify compliance with regulatory and payer standards
• Generate status reports and support the onboarding of new providers
• Contribute to process improvements and assist in internal audits related to credentialing
• Collaborate with management to ensure high service quality for clients

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration or Business; prior enrollment or credentialing experience strongly preferred
• Background in medical billing, coding or revenue cycle management, with familiarity with payer rules, claims workflows and healthcare compliance
• Experience working with multiple insurers and healthcare networks
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, in a team setting, while maintaining confidentiality and data security

Required skills

• Proficiency in practice management or billing software
• Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word) for documentation and reporting
• Organization, time management and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
