About the role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Health Care Appointment Scheduler Specialist to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the initial interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments accurately across multiple providers and service lines.
- Coordinate calendars, confirm visit details, and manage cancellations, reschedules, and urgent scheduling needs.
- Update patient information and maintain records in compliance with privacy standards.
- Answer patient questions with care and provide guidance on next steps.
- Support day and night shift operations to keep daily workflows efficient.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a courteous and empathetic approach.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast‑paced health‑care environment.
- Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
