About the role

Hamdard Pakistan is looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer to join its Karachi development team. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or final‑year students with 0‑2 years of experience who are eager to grow their technical skills in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following company standards.
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and project managers to understand requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Integrate REST APIs and work with databases such as MySQL or SQL Server.
• Support debugging, testing, and performance optimisation activities.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience or recent graduate in Computer Science or related field.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with PHP and Laravel framework.
• Knowledge of front‑end frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus.
• Understanding of REST APIs and database concepts.
• Willingness to learn industry best practices and new technologies.
