Equine Specialist – Donkey Farm Veterinarian

About the role

Glory Livestock (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Equine Specialist to manage the health, welfare and overall management of its donkey farm in Multan, Pakistan. The role involves direct animal care, preventive health planning and guidance for farm staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor donkey health, nutrition and general welfare on a daily basis.
• Advise on vaccination schedules, deworming protocols, medication and preventive care.
• Supervise hoof care, breeding management and related procedures.
• Identify, diagnose and address health issues promptly.
• Guide farm staff on proper handling, husbandry practices and record‑keeping.
• Maintain accurate health records and recommend improvements to farm practices.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Equine Science or a related field.
• Practical experience working with horses, donkeys or other equines.
• Strong knowledge of equine health, nutrition, breeding and husbandry.
• Effective communication skills and ability to train farm personnel.
