Equity Sales Specialist

About the role

MRA Securities Limited is looking for a full-time, on-site Equity Sales Specialist based in Karachi. The role manages and grows relationships with retail and corporate clients, promotes equity investment opportunities and brokerage services, and works closely with the trading desk.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients and execute equity sales orders.
• Coordinate with the trading desk and provide market updates and investment ideas suited to each client's risk profile.
• Monitor market trends and company news and share timely insights with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and improve client service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Proven sales skills, including client acquisition, relationship management and revenue growth.
• Demonstrated client focus, high ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced brokerage environment in Karachi and with cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in equity sales and equities, advising clients on investment opportunities.
• Experience in trading and order execution in equity markets.
• Solid understanding of finance, capital markets and investment products.
• Analytical, numerical and communication skills, with the ability to explain market concepts clearly.
