About the role

H&H Visa Consultants is seeking a full‑time Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at its Islamabad office. The role involves high‑level administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and confidential handling of sensitive information.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, draft correspondence, and prepare reports.
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for client cases.
• Prepare and track expense reports and assist with presentation materials.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow‑up on action items.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive administrative support, including calendar and meeting coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
