Office Assistant – Administrative Support

About the role

We are looking for an Office Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to the SAPW divisions of the National Agri‑Trade and Food Safety Authority (NAFSA). The role will be part of the foundational team that is establishing a modern agri‑trade ecosystem in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and manage documents and records for SAPW divisions.
• Handle inward and outward correspondence and track related action items.
• Arrange meetings, including venues, attendance lists, printing, refreshments, and logistics.
• Maintain routine office supplies and operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
• Assist with document formatting and maintain inventory of consumables, coordinating procurement requests with CSW.
• Support office discipline, cleanliness, visitor facilitation, and ensure confidentiality of all handled information.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting officer to support NAFSA’s mandate.

Required profile

• Minimum intermediate education (12 years) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant office support experience.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage routine tasks, meet deadlines, and work professionally within a team.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy – typing, email, and word processing.
• Record‑keeping and document formatting.
• Operation of standard office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier).
