About the role
We are looking for a highly professional, mature, and dependable Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Chairman of a leading metal manufacturing firm in Pakistan. The role involves managing both official and personal matters of the senior executive with utmost confidentiality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all office and personal affairs of the Chairman/CEO.
- Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, reports, and official documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments and senior management.
- Follow up on important tasks, commitments, and deadlines on behalf of the Chairman.
- Maintain professionalism while dealing with clients, executives, and business associates.
- Assist in administrative and operational matters as required.
- Manage confidential records and sensitive information with discretion.
- Handle urgent matters efficiently and maintain strong organizational control.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently with high‑level executives and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Email management.
- Document management.
- Internet research and general computer proficiency.
