Executive Customer Operations – South Region

About the role

The Executive Customer Operations role is responsible for overseeing business operations in the Quetta Sariab area. You will drive fiber deployment priorities, accelerate Flash Fiber sales and migrations, and ensure efficient resource utilization while fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize areas for new fiber deployment.
• Lead aggressive Flash Fiber sales and migration initiatives.
• Motivate and engage teams through training and performance reviews.
• Optimize organisational design and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate subscriber mapping and GIS data for order feasibility.
• Conduct safety and network awareness sessions.
• Oversee fault rectification, registration control, and MTTR targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics or related engineering field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications and project management.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience implementing service standards.
