Executive – Fiber Deployment (RTR)

About the role

The Executive (Fiber Deployment) will lead the planning and rollout of FTTH networks, corporate links, carrier links and ISP activities in Rawat, Gujar Khan and surrounding areas of the RTR region. You will coordinate surveys, high‑level and low‑level designs, and ensure smooth installation and shifting of MSAGs and related equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deploy FTTH network, MSAGs/MSANs, GPON OLTs, hybrid MSAGs, transmission nodes, IP edge equipment, DRS links, corporate and carrier links.
• Conduct surveys and verify HLD/LLD documentation in coordination with customers and technical operations.
• Submit FRs and manage deployment timelines for corporate projects.
• Prepare and verify BoQs, ensure timely expense booking.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards during all deployment activities.
• Coordinate with management and vendors to meet rollout targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecom, Computer or Software Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in fiber or telecom deployment.
