Executive Manager Digital Banking Products

About the role

The Executive Manager Digital Banking Products leads the end‑to‑end design, launch and continuous improvement of digital banking solutions, covering payments, onboarding, account servicing and ecosystem integrations. Reporting to the Head of Digital Banking, this senior role ensures product strategies align with business goals, regulatory standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for digital banking and payment services.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Business, CX, Risk, Compliance and Operations to deliver product initiatives.
• Define, monitor and optimise KPIs such as transaction success, conversion, satisfaction and retention.
• Build and manage partnerships with payment processors, fintechs, banks and regulators.
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, PRDs, user journeys and functional specs.
• Partner with technology teams throughout design, development, UAT, deployment and post‑launch optimisation.
• Leverage data analytics, funnel analysis and A/B testing to drive product enhancements.
• Identify new product opportunities through market and competitive analysis.
• Ensure reliability, security and fraud risk mitigation of payment flows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
• 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience in digital banking within a reputable bank.
• Strong background in payment products such as online payments, POS acquiring, payment schemes, virtual cards and gateways.
• Deep understanding of the digital payments ecosystem and emerging technologies.
