Executive Manager Digital Banking Products

About the role

The Executive Manager Digital Banking Products will lead the end‑to‑end design, launch and continuous improvement of Mobilink Bank’s digital banking portfolio. This senior position reports to the Head of Digital Banking and is responsible for aligning product strategy with business goals, regulatory standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full product lifecycle for payments, onboarding, account servicing and ecosystem integrations.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring scalability and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Business, CX, Risk & Compliance, Operations and other stakeholders to deliver initiatives.
• Define, track and optimise KPIs such as transaction success rates, conversion, satisfaction and retention.
• Build and manage partnerships with payment processors, fintechs, banks and regulators.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, scheme and security requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed BRDs, PRDs, user journeys and functional specs.
• Partner with technology teams from design through UAT, deployment and post‑launch optimisation.
• Leverage data analytics, funnel analysis and A/B testing to drive product enhancements.
• Identify new product opportunities through market and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in digital banking within a reputable bank.
• Strong background in payment products and solutions.
