Executive Officer – Corporate Benefits Operations

About the role

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented Executive Officer to support Policy Setup within its Corporate Benefits Operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate policy documentation, coordinating workflows, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming and outgoing corporate benefits policy documents for compliance and error‑free processing.
• Maintain and systematically update physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
• Support daily operational workflows with high‑speed, accurate data entry.
• Track project timelines and ensure documentation is completed and submitted before deadlines.
• Develop and implement workflow improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify documentation needs and resolve issues.
• Manage documents through a document management system, logging updates and changes for audit purposes.
• Identify potential compliance gaps, assist in risk management, and escalate issues as needed.
• Generate regular reports on documentation status, policy setup progress, and compliance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, documentation management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently without managing a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
