Executive Operations Specialist

About the role

The Executive Operations Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for daily operational queries from RECH branches across Pakistan. This role ensures smooth end‑to‑end logistics, accurate documentation, and effective training for both internal staff and hospital partners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to operational queries from city and outstation branches.
• Manage open Delivery Notes from investigation through closure.
• Review and approve branch invoices, driving timely resolution of exchange cases.
• Conduct monthly operational audits for all RECH branches and present findings to management.
• Maintain complete and accurate SAP documentation for Logistics and Store receiving records.
• Deliver onboarding and operational training to new employees as needed.
• Train hospital staff on the booking portal to ensure efficient order placement and tracking.
• Facilitate Rider Management System (RMS) training for internal logistics personnel.
• Coordinate between Billing, Sales Coordinators, Logistics, and Store to keep processes running smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of core operations experience; experience in medical device, pharma, or healthcare distribution is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Logistics/Store modules (highly preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication abilities for training and reporting.
• Problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑branch environment.
• Willingness to travel to outstation branches for audits and support.
• Female candidates preferred as per posting.
