Client Experience Lead (Remote)

About the role

The Client Experience Lead is a high‑communication, high‑detail position that sits at the intersection of client relations and precision data management. Success relies on mastering a tailored communications strategy and flawless reservation data entry.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the warm, calm, confident first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails using the Premier Voice.
• Bridge clients and the Chauffeur Intelligence Officer, ensuring no detail is lost during handoff.
• Book, update, and manage reservations with precision in LimoAnywhere, including billing and affiliate details.
• Maintain and enrich client profiles with meaningful details gathered during conversations.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and contribute to team‑wide projects such as the global affiliates masterbook.

Required profile

• 2–5 years experience in limousine reservations and familiarity with luxury transportation.
• Proficient experience with LimoAnywhere.
• Impeccable attention to detail; spelling and data accuracy are critical.
• Natural communicator who remains calm and confident under pressure.
• Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
