Executive Planning & Operations Support (KTR-II)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Planning & Operations Support (KTR‑II) to drive network performance and quality across PTCL’s copper and fiber‑to‑the‑home infrastructure. The role focuses on maintaining key performance indicators, reducing complaints and ensuring seamless maintenance execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve KPIs such as MTTR, MTTP, CHI and installation quality.
• Achieve conversion targets to grow the FTTH base and reduce registration, repeat and denial complaints.
• Plan and execute maintenance projects for copper and FTTH networks, ensuring zero pendency and SLA compliance.
• Identify and implement preventive maintenance measures to enhance customer experience.
• Keep accurate mapping of network infrastructure.
• Promote health, safety and environment (HSE) compliance among field workers and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Software or related engineering field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in network operations or maintenance.
• Strong technical competency in network operations & management, electrical/electronics/telecom systems and HSE practices.
