Executive Regional Credit & Collections

About the role

PTCL is looking for an Executive Regional Credit & Collections professional to support corporate sales and service teams. The role focuses on resolving credit‑related requests, managing corporate accounts receivable, and improving collection effectiveness while ensuring compliance with credit policies.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and process deposit waiver authorizations for corporate post‑pay sales according to credit policy.
• Assess contractual billing waivers for corporate post‑pay customers, prioritising aged payments and bad debts.
• Handle international roaming requests for corporate customers and keep consent forms updated in the DMS.
• Reconcile and rectify operational activities that impact revenue.
• Conduct pre‑sale NADRA verification for corporate post‑pay sales as per PTA policy.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on credit risk, collection efficiency, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, accounting, and risk assessment capabilities.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and other financial software.
• Good understanding of industry, market dynamics, and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication skills.
