Executive Sales

About the role

PTCL is seeking an Executive Sales professional to lead monthly sales targets, manage a daily performing team and drive revenue across key product lines such as DDS, KIOSK and M1/M2 billings. The role involves close collaboration with field sales agents, trade marketing and channel development teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and continuous network expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly sales targets and distribute territory goals across teams.
• Visit field sales agents to improve throughput and sales pitch effectiveness.
• Mobilise the team to focus on specific product billings and ensure compliance with brand policies.
• Coordinate order follow‑up, installation scheduling and conversion ratio improvement.
• Identify improvement areas in sales channels and support regional strategy development.
• Conduct sales trainings, awareness sessions and ensure maximum participation.

Required profile

• BBA, BSc, Engineering or equivalent degree with at least 2 years of sales & distribution experience.
• Strong business understanding and ability to meet quality benchmarks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
