About the role

The Executive Search Manager will lead a team of five senior recruiters, overseeing end‑to‑end executive search assignments for senior and C‑level positions. The role combines client partnership, candidate sourcing, and business development to ensure high‑quality placements for Rozee’s corporate clients in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five executive search professionals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and define precise assessment criteria for senior roles.
• Design and execute search strategies using referral networks, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Source and engage high‑quality passive candidates through targeted outreach.
• Review and assess candidate profiles, shortlist qualified candidates.
• Manage multiple concurrent search assignments, maintaining clear pipelines and tracking progress.
• Ensure the recruitment team meets delivery targets while upholding professionalism.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and senior‑level candidates.
• Represent Rozee in meetings with senior client stakeholders, presenting strategies and outcomes.
• Support business development activities, including client pitches and account growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive search or senior‑level recruitment.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
