Experienced Cold Calling Representative - U.S. Medical Billing

About the role

SaMeD RCM Solutions is hiring an experienced Cold Calling Representative in Islamabad to contact healthcare providers and medical practices across the United States and introduce its medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) services. The role is full-time, on-site, with a 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM schedule Monday to Friday, and pays PKR 40,000 to 60,000 per month depending on experience and skills.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to medical practices across the United States.
• Introduce and promote U.S. medical billing and RCM services.
• Speak professionally with doctors, practice owners and office managers.
• Identify potential clients and understand their medical billing challenges.
• Handle objections and explain the value of outsourcing medical billing.
• Schedule appointments and qualified follow-up calls with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the lead tracker.
• Meet daily calling targets and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling.
• Experience in U.S. medical billing sales, healthcare BPO or RCM sales is a strong advantage.
• Excellent spoken English and a confident telephone manner.
• Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Ability to work evening and night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

• Ability to communicate with U.S. healthcare professionals professionally.
