About the role
Reliable LeadsFlow is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support its real‑estate lead‑generation operations. The role involves professional communication with U.S. clients and managing the lead pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and prospects.
- Communicate professionally with U.S. Realtors and homeowners.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on potential leads.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate lead records.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in CSR, cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Confidence in handling calls and customer objections.
- Strong follow‑up, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Target‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
