About the role

The Expert Digital Platforms role is a full‑stack engineering position responsible for designing, building, scaling and deploying digital solutions that support Jazz’s internal platforms and enterprise systems. Reporting to the Stream Head of Digital Transformation, the role is based in Islamabad and focuses on modernising internal portals, automated workflows and other digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch full‑stack web applications and internal portals using React.js, Vue.js, Node.js, Python or Java.
• Create and maintain automated workflows across ServiceNow and custom enterprise applications.
• Build and expose RESTful and SOAP APIs to integrate with ERP, HRMS, CRM and other third‑party systems.
• Manage relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non‑relational (MongoDB) databases, ensuring performance and data integrity.
• Own the complete development lifecycle from requirements analysis to post‑go‑live support.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and oversee deployments with Docker, Kubernetes or equivalent platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards and produce technical documentation.
• Identify manual processes for automation to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale full‑stack solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders and the transformation team.
