Expert Enterprise Business Support

About the role

The Expert Enterprise Business Support acts as the primary regional support and execution partner for Enterprise Business teams across multiple verticals. The role focuses on operational enablement, smooth onboarding, activation, issue resolution and post‑go‑live support for enterprise clients in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day business and operational support to Enterprise Regional Heads and sales teams.
• Serve as the first point of contact for regional enterprise onboarding, activation and post‑live issues.
• Coordinate enterprise onboarding activities, including documentation collection, internal approvals, system entries and activation readiness.
• Track onboarding progress, maintain visibility for stakeholders and reduce delays by following up with central teams.
• Support regional rollout of new enterprise products, pilots and enhancements, including trainings and readiness sessions.
• Track key regional metrics such as onboarding TAT, activation rates and pipeline status, and share updates with the Stream Head.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Bank Operations, Finance, Risk and Compliance teams to resolve cross‑functional issues.
• Provide market insights and feedback on high‑potential segments to support regional strategy.

Required profile

• Strong coordination skills to work with regional heads, sales teams and central support functions.
• Ability to manage operational bottlenecks, ensure process adherence and improve turnaround times.
• Experience in handling enterprise onboarding, activation and post‑go‑live support.
• Good analytical skills to track metrics, identify gaps and propose improvements.
