Export Business Development Manager – FMCG

About the role

People Perfect is seeking an Export Business Development Manager to lead international growth for a leading FMCG organization based in Lahore. The role focuses on expanding export markets, managing distribution partners in the USA and Canada, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities and export markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors and key accounts.
• Design market entry strategies to expand the company’s international presence.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and commercial policies.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle for international clients, from order execution to post‑sale support.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and export performance updates.
• Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and business meetings as required.
• Achieve export sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of overall professional experience, with 4–6 years in export sales or international business development.
• Proven experience managing distribution partners in the USA and Canada.
• Strong understanding of international trade practices, export documentation, and commercial negotiations.
