Facilities Maintenance Engineer – High-rise Buildings

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to manage building services for high‑rise commercial properties, hotels, or hospitals in Lahore. The role involves planning, executing, and supervising all civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance activities to ensure optimal facility performance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues across civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, conduct routine inspections, and maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs, monitor their performance, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, track usage, and assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Educational qualification: BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related BTech degree.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience managing facilities in high‑rise commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, or similar environments.
