About the role
The FE Closer and Verifier is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to confirm customer information, verify deal details, and support the closure of financial or escrow‑related transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate documentation to ensure accuracy of customer records.
- Maintain detailed call and verification logs and coordinate with internal teams.
- Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally while adhering to scripts and procedures.
- Meet performance targets and contribute to a results‑driven team environment.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service skills with clear verbal articulation.
- Experience in closing deals and guiding customers through final transaction steps.
- Knowledge of escrow processes and verification procedures.
- Ability to work night shifts and proficiency with basic computer and CRM tools.
