Field Sales Executive – Healthcare Services

About the role

Global Med Con, a private mental health care provider based in Karachi, is seeking a Field Sales Executive to expand its referral network across the city and surrounding districts. You will act as the face of the organisation in the community, building relationships with healthcare providers, schools, NGOs and corporate HR teams to drive client referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, clinics, general practitioners, schools, NGOs and corporate HR departments.
• Plan and execute territory visits and outreach activities, targeting high‑value prospects to meet referral targets.
• Deliver presentations and informational sessions for healthcare professionals and institutional clients, explaining treatment pathways and referral processes.
• Track leads, referrals and outcomes in the CRM, following up to ensure conversions and appointment bookings.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate onboarding of referred clients.
• Prioritise multi‑stop visits, manage schedules and attend occasional evening community events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, business development or community outreach.
• Proficiency with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation abilities, especially with clinicians and institutional decision‑makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu; local language knowledge is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally within Karachi and nearby districts, including occasional evening events.
