Sales Representative – Student Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing outbound caller with proven experience in student recruitment, specifically targeting the Canadian education market. The role is fully remote and focuses on generating leads, engaging prospective students and partners, and setting appointments for admissions teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective international students interested in studying in Canada via phone, email, WhatsApp and CRM tools.
• Engage with education agents, institutional partners and other stakeholders to generate and qualify leads.
• Book consultations and application meetings for admissions teams and guide prospects through early‑stage application processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track applicant pipelines and meet KPIs related to outreach volume, conversions and enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling, admissions or student recruitment roles.
• Direct experience working with the Canadian education market (institutions, agents or student recruitment into Canada).
• Strong outbound communication and sales ability, comfortable working in a KPI‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage high‑volume leads.
