About the role
The company is seeking a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive outdoor sales, build relationships with new customers, and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Set up meetings with potential clients and develop buyer relationships.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Negotiate deals, maintain customer satisfaction, and achieve sales volume and market share goals.
Required profile
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated and driven with 1‑2 years of proven outdoor sales experience.
