Field Service Engineer (Lahore)

About the role

As a Field Service Engineer you will deliver on‑site service to ensure our customers’ equipment operates reliably and safely. You will join the Customer Center Service team, reporting to the Operations Manager, and play a key part in maintaining uptime for critical industrial assets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform start‑ups, breakdown support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repairs on rotary equipment such as air compressors, engines and turbines.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports after each job, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to guarantee compliance with Atlas Copco quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of installed equipment, customer data and machine park databases.
• Support warranty claims, service issues and customer inquiries through technical and administrative activities.
• Utilise digital service tools and management information systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies, promoting a strong safety culture on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with rotary equipment, preferably air compressors, engines or turbines.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with a “can‑do” attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
