Final Expense Verifier (Night Shift)

About the role

PRIME BPO is hiring a Sales Verification Consultant (Verifier) for its Final Expense campaign, working full-time on a night shift (10 hours) in an office in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. The role suits candidates with BPO experience who want to build a career in the BPO industry.

Key responsibilities

• Verify sales made by closers on the Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Confirm client information and policy details professionally
• Ensure documentation and recordings meet quality standards
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams and follow company compliance policies
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets
• Stay back or work overtime when needed for training, performance improvement or to meet targets

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory)
• Excellent English communication skills, with strong verbal communication and listening
• Attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills
• Ability to work night shifts; regular students cannot apply

Required skills

• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
