Outbound Campaign Manager

About the role

IGTMS is hiring a full-time, remote, global Outbound Campaign Manager with U.S. Eastern time overlap. The role starts with the Down Market product launch and then expands to other IGTMS and client campaigns as capacity allows, turning clean campaign activity into qualified sales conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Keep domains, inboxes, warm-up, rotation and deliverability healthy with the outbound team.
• Source, enrich, verify and suppress exclusions from approved ICP segments.
• Write and test copy, subject lines, angles and offers with the team.
• Run the approved sending stack with documented sequences, schedules, limits and inbox placement.
• Route positive replies through GoHighLevel with the right context and ownership.
• Review calls, show rates, objections and closed members so targeting and copy improve from buyer behavior.
• Track sends, bounces, inbox health, replies, applications, bookings, shows, closes and cost by offer.
• Write the playbook so future launches start from a working system.

Required profile

• Campaigns you ran yourself, with sends, reply rates, meetings booked and outcomes.
• Experience setting up domains and inboxes, managing warm-up at volume and recovering deliverability.
• B2B experience booking founders, owners or executives in complex sales.
• Copy instinct, responsiveness when campaigns need attention, and daily use of AI for enrichment and analysis.

Required skills

• Data skills across Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, scrapers, enrichment and validation.
• CRM discipline and understanding of forms, routing, attribution, follow-up and handoffs.

The team works remotely with a 9:30 AM ET daily huddle and collaborates with several colleagues across offers and campaigns. Compensation is base plus performance bonus, tied to qualified meetings that show and the clients they become.
