Finance Administrator & Coordinator to Founder

About the role

The Finance Administrator & Coordinator supports the founder of Regal Furniture & Interiors with day‑to‑day financial administration and coordination. Based on‑site in Lahore, the role ensures smooth financial operations across the furniture and interior design business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain financial records, assist with budgeting, cash‑flow tracking and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Schedule and organise finance‑related meetings for the founder and track project‑specific expenses.
• Provide analytical insights to support decision‑making and business growth.

Required profile

• Strong finance and financial planning abilities, with solid accounting knowledge for ledgers, reconciliations and basic bookkeeping.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, track project costs and generate insights.
• Clear, professional communication skills for collaboration with the founder, teams, suppliers and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial software or ERP systems.
