Financial Planning and Analysis Manager - Offshore

About the role

The FP&A Manager will sit at the centre of decision‑making, providing leadership with data‑driven insights by analysing financial and operational information. This role partners with business and functional leaders to support growth, profitability and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Report on monthly performance, analyse actuals vs budget/forecast and identify variances, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct profit and cost‑center reviews, support budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecasts.
• Partner with leaders on revenue, profitability, OPEX, headcount, utilisation and resource capacity analysis.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses and business cases for strategic initiatives, pricing and resource allocation.
• Provide senior management with dashboards, data‑driven insights and executive presentations.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of MIS, KPI reporting and FP&A processes.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering or management accounting.
• Background in consulting, professional services, Big 4 advisory or project‑based businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and ability to communicate financial insights to senior leadership.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA or CPA is preferred.
